A case is a six-month conversation across letters, filings and hearings.

A technical or legal studio doesn't run on orders and invoices — it runs on cases. Each case lives across deposited filings, expert reports, calendar hearings, internal notes between collaborators, and a paper trail that often outlives the original lawyer assigned to it.

Lemnia T3 sits on the studio's headless server (LAN). When a case is reopened after months, the recap is ready in 60 seconds. When a new associate joins the team, the why behind every past decision is consultable — not lost with whoever left.

What the case-file actually contains.

• PEC Aruba + Legalmail

  Indexed separately from regular mail to preserve legal value. Subject lines, attachments, ricevuta di consegna.

• Dropbox / Google Drive folders

  Case folder structures (Cliente → Pratica → Atti). Lemnia reads PDF, DOCX, scanned letters via OCR.

• Microsoft 365 / Google Calendar

  Hearings, depositions, on-site inspections — joined to the case they belong to.

• Internal collaborator notes

  Notes a junior associate added to a filing are treated as first-rank sources, cited like any external document.

What the studio actually reads.

• R3 — Case recap

  Timeline of one case rebuilt from letters, filings, expert reports, hearings. Every step cites the deposited document. Typically generated in 60 seconds.

• R4 — Employee recap

  What an associate is following, on which cases, with which clients — for return after leave or onboarding a successor. No performance score.

• R12 — Entity history

  Chronological diff of a case over time: what changed, when, on which document. Useful for internal audit or to reconstruct a decision made two years ago.

• R13 — Decisions log

  Strategic choices, exceptions, departures from standard procedure — every decision searchable, with the document that triggered it.

Forensic synthesis is on the cloud, not on the laptop.

The most ambitious feature for the legal vertical — F37 forensic synthesis (cited-retrieval narrative draft for medico-legale review) — runs only on cloud-burst, with hard limits: 2-hop graph traversal, citation-or-refuse with 0.8 NLI threshold per fragment, HITL gate per section. The local model never runs agentic loops.

The defensible posture is non-negotiable: Tribunale di Siracusa 338/2026 (Art. 96 c.p.c. gross negligence) is the anchor. Every paragraph drafted by Lemnia is anchored to a source filing. When the source doesn't exist, the answer is "Non ho evidenza sufficiente per questa affermazione." — never an invented citation.
